We are a short drive to the heart of Denton, UNT and TWU and are a convenient, short distance off of the interstate. The guesthouse is located on a heavily treed lot in a quiet, established residential area with hosts' private family home. The space The house features 2 private bedrooms & large showers in the 2 bathrooms which makes it a great setup for single travelers, friend groups and/or families. Bedrooms include black-out shades in addition to blinds. There's plenty of room to lounge in the living room with theater-style seating for4 plus a full sized sofa & 70" TV with YouTube streaming. The home has Free Wi-Fi and full-sized refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave & 4-slice toaster. Please note this listing has NO range / oven. Guest access We will send you a code to access the house before your arrival. You will have the whole house to yourselves. Free parking in host driveway for up to two cars. Please exercise the same caution you would for any lot in which you would leave your car unattended - - lock all of the doors on your vehicle and don't leave any valuables in plain sight. There is a gated swimming pool on site; however, it is not included with the rental and it remains locked while guests are on site. Bookings are not allowed by locals within the Denton County area. Other things to note We can only accommodate TWO cars in driveway and parking is not permitted on the street. This property and guest spaces are SMOKE-FREE (no smoking or vaping of any kind) and NO PETS ALLOWED (homeowner has severe allergies to pets). Bookings not allowed by guests located within the local area and Denton County and adjacent counties. Absolutely NO parties or group gatherings of any kind are permitted.
