Located near the popular Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland area of N Scottsdale. Quiet neighborhood, within minutes of shopping and entertainment. Within 20 minute drive: Phoenix Waste Management Open, Phoenix Mayo Clinic Campus, Old Town Scottsdale, Biltmore and Fashion Square. Plenty of golf and hiking opportunities nearby. I have a friendly dog located in the main living area. I have 2 other bedrooms available that can be rented based on availability. Look for my other listings. The space The bedrooms are located in the front of the house. The area is separated from the main living area by a half gate to allow privacy for the bedrooms away from the dogs. This bedroom can accommodate an air mattress for additional sleeping. Guest access Kitchen, laundry refrigeration, patio and pool. During your stay I’m quite busy during the day. I am always available by text or phone.
