Very sunny room, common bathroom next to bedroom. There is one other private half bathroom in the house. The basement bedroom has treadmill for workout as well as private full size freeze. You can use them if basement room is not occupied. This is corner house so plenty of open space and parking. New double/full bed and mattress. The house has big open deck. Guests are welcomed to use deck. Ps: you can check in anytime but pls book before 10 pm. This is smallest room. The space This room is on level 3 and have size 10*10. Guest access The guests are welcomed to access the kitchen (except cooking) and other common areas, except the master bedroom. Guest have to clean kitchen area after using it. The room rate only includes bed. Please send your request for long term stay and you are intend to use kitchen for cooking. This is the family home so some days kids may be in the house using common area as well as master bed room. 1 load/week laundry is free for 7 days and longer stay. $10/load fee will be charged for short term stay. During your stay I like to socialize. Other things to note The cleaning fee is weekly. If you stay more than a week cleaning fee will be applied each week. The double bed is for two people. This is family friend home and neighborhood. Heavy drinking in side home, or coming after consuming excessive alcohol, smoking or drug is Strickley prohibited. There will $150 smoking or weeds cleaning fee applied if you leave house with smell. This fee will be applied even it's used outside but come home with smell.
