3-bedroom house near Burgess Fall State Park

Newly renovated home from top to bottom. The house is 6 miles outside of Cookeville, 4 miles from Burgess Fall and Window Cliffs Natural Trail. You and your family/friends will enjoy a cute clean-styled house for business trips in the Cookeville area or a vacation get away. Security Camera will ensure guests and the home's safety. There is no smoking and no pets inside the house. Pls note that any evidence of smoking or pet will result minimum of $200 fine. Guests photo ID may be requested. The space In a small quaint and safe neighborhood 12 minutes outside of Cookeville. The house is a 2 level home with the garage on the basement level and the living space on the second level. Master bedroom with full bathroom, additional 2 guests bedrooms and a guest full bathroom in the hallway. Full kitchen with a small dining area in the kitchen. 40" Flat screen TV in the living room, use your own streaming services to access to programing. No cable TV. Guest access The key box is located on the side of the garage door. The key code will be given the day of arrival. Security Camera is installed on the garage sensor light. You are welcome to unload via the kitchen entrance for there is only few steps up. However pls only park on the gravel driveway and do not drive around the house as you will pass the septic tank. Other things to note Please respect the owners private property stored in the garage area. The garage space is for us only please do not store anything regardless of the length of stay. There is only internet TV such as Netflix, Hulu …etc. you will sign in your own account and remember to sign out when you check out. There is no live or cable TV.
