The space Marsh Gate House has been lovingly and thoughtfully created as a bespoke holiday home with a relaxing experience in mind. We’ve added some thoughtful touches for the whole family and we are now ready to welcome guests to this incredible part of the Jurassic coast. The design and layout of the house lends itself to guests having plenty of space and privacy, with all bedrooms having en-suites. The first-floor master suite has its own private balcony and sea views. A Superking sized bed with a Hypnos mattress will guarantee a good nights sleep. The master suite also has built in wardrobes and a hidden vanity unit. The games room/4th bedroom has been carefully designed to be a multipurpose room and has inbuilt quad bunkbeds to accommodate 4 children (or a couple-one of the bottom bunkbeds is a double bed) as well as plenty of games to keep the kids entertained! There is also an xbox to help keep the little ones happy! It’s a dog friendly property too, with amazing local beaches and plenty of country walks for your four-legged friends. GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall with oak staircase and glass balustrade leading up to the master suite. Sitting room with contemporary feature fireplace and sea views. Media wall with 65” smart TV with Sky. Two four-seater sofas, one armchair and built-in window seats to enjoy the views. Open-plan kitchen and dining area with bi-fold glass doors to outside terrace and sea views. Kitchen fully equipped with integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two ovens, large electric hob and extractor, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Large island with two bar stools, oak wine rack and integrated wine fridge. Ample cutlery, crockery and wine, water and champagne glasses, plus a full range of pots, pans and utensils. Kids plastic cutlery, plates, bowls and cups. Dining area with table to seat 10, and flexibility to add junior/high chairs (which can be made easily available). Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner and plenty of room for shoes and coats. Cloakroom off of the kitchen area Games room/children’s bedroom with fully opening double doors to sitting room. Built in quad bunks to sleep four, wall mounted TV with Sky, variety of games, bean bags and En-suite with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 is accessed via the main entrance hall. King-size bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, large decorative mirror, acoustic panelling and En-suite with large shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 is accessed via the main entrance hall. King-size bed (zip and link bed which can be split into twin beds), wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, acoustic panelling, space for cot and En-suite with large shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. FIRST FLOOR Master suite which occupies the entire first floor and enjoys south-facing sea views. Bedroom with super king-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobe, space for cot, seating area with sofa and table and French doors leading to Balcony with glass balustrade, seating area with tables and chairs, outdoor lights and electrical sockets and stunning south facing views. En-suite with free standing bath, large shower, WC, double basins and heated towel rail. GENERAL Gas-fired central heating and double-glazed throughout. All bed linen and bathroom towels included. Disabled access to ground floor only. Sorry, but the showers are not wheelchair accessible. A welcome hamper of local produce will be provided for your arrival, packed with a few things to get you started, which will include milk, tea bags, coffee pods, sugar, locally made wine, biscuits, and other seasonal goodies. OUTSIDE Driveway with parking for three vehicles. Further free parking on private road to front. Front garden which is south facing and enclosed with lawn and sea views. Terrace with sea views, glass balustrade, dining table to seat 12 and bi-fold doors to kitchen and dining area. Rear garden which is enclosed and ideal for storing bikes, buggies, kayaks and SUPs. The garden games room has a full sized pool table, darts board, sky tv, bar area with bar stools and plenty of comfy seating! Perfect to keep the little ones (and bigger ones!) entertained in all weathers! Check in is available on a Monday or a Friday (other days may be available on request) ⭐️We can help to arrange some special extras for your trip ⭐️We have a wonderful personal chef who can create a bespoke menu for you and your guests- please contact us to arrange this. We can also arrange an inflatable hot tub hire if needed! (Both are chargeable extras!) Guest access Located in a residential area, with off-road parking for three vehicles and further free parking on the private road to the front. Other things to note *Marsh Gate House is located in a residential area and all guests will need to be respectful of our neighbor’s at all times. No late parties or loud music are allowed *
