Spacious house for up to 4 people, fully equipped even for longer stays. Only 30 minutes away from Bern or Interlaken, 40 minutes to the top ski resorts of Jungfrau, Schilthorn, Adelboden or Gstaad. Lake Thun, Bonstettenpark, Kanderdelta or Strättlighügel are a few minutes' walk from the house. Likewise, the bus station directly to Thun train station. Ideal accommodation also for the home office, with two children's/office rooms with desk. Terrace with lake view. The space Free parking is right in front of the house entrance. In the entrance there is a wardrobe with a mirror and access to the laundry room. A staircase with handrail leads to the spacious living area with two sofas, a reading chair, TV, guest toilet, dining area with granite table and six chairs, as well as an open and fully equipped kitchen. From the dining area you can reach the outdoor terrace with lake view, where table and chairs invite you to linger. From the living area you can go out into the garden with covered seating, which is equipped with comfortable seating furniture. A staircase with handrail leads to the sleeping area with bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables, dresser and wardrobe. The two smaller bedrooms each have a single bed, built-in wardrobe and desk with office chair. The two rooms are therefore also ideal as home office spaces. Guest access The house is just under two hours from Zurich or Geneva airports. Access is possible via a paved road all year round, five minutes by car from the Thun-Süd highway exit. Free parking is right in front of the house. A three-minute walk away is a bus stop to Thun train station. Bern or Interlaken can be reached by train in 20 minutes. In five minutes on foot you are already at Lake Thun with access to Bonstettenpark or the Kander delta. Other things to note Close to shopping, Linder Bakery (300 meters), Lidl (700 meters), Agrola gas station (700 meters).
