Cozy private room in a lovely ambiance (near ICHS)

A nice cozy room in a quiet house located in a gated community! 1 guest max., 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, private attached bathroom. THIS ROOM DOES NOT HAVE A PRIVATE ENTRANCE. Microwave and refrigerator space available but no stove or freezer space. 3.4 miles to the International College of Health Sciences and 7 miles to the public beaches at Gulfstream Park Beach, Oceanfront Park Beach, etc The space A comfortable queen size bed. We want a 5 stars experience for all our guests. Plenty of dresser space for clothes, closet, refrigerator space and microwave in the kitchen. No stove or freezer space. This is a very comfortable bedroom with private bathroom inside our house.
