Please Note: This unit is not equipped with cable TV. If you desire to watch local news come prepared to log into your home TV service on your phone to stay up to date. Kitchen is fully equipped for the home chef... cutting boards, knives, knife sharpener, baking dishes, pots, roasters, blender/food processor, crock-pot, and more. You are on your own to figure this out. You may not park a 2nd car in the condo lot for risk of being towed. I live in Incline Village just 7 minutes from this condo. I am available from 9-9 for questions or issues. Condo is tucked away behind the Championship Golf Course in Incline Village. The Raley's Plaza with all your shopping needs is .7 miles away. You are 1.5 miles from Incline Beach and 1.7 miles from Diamond Peak. The Hyatt Casino is 1.7 miles away. In winter the little ones will enjoy sledding on the hilly terrain at the Chateau/Golf Course nearby. Uber and Lyft serve Incline Village. In summer there is a free van service called TART which provides door to door rides on-demand with under a 1 hour wait. 4-wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are recommended in winter and chains are often mandated in the area. We require a three night minimum for all major holidays and peak periods including MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, and Ski Week. Memorial Day through Labor Day is our peak season. Lack of snow during ski season is NOT a refundable event. The cancellation policy will apply. We will allow you to alter your reservation to later dates providing you request this 14 days or more prior to check-in. No Smoking, No Pets, HOA allows only owners to have pets in this condo. You are in bear country. You will find a "Bear Smart" pamphlet in the condo. This is required reading for everyone in your party! Proper trash handling is of paramount importance. Dispose of trash quickly in the bear safe containers. This is a forest environment. Be extremely cautious handling anything that is flammable. There is fuel everywhere! Any negligence could cause a true disaster.
