The space This modern walkout 500 sq. ft. basement studio is cozy and has everything you need to relax: a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, WiFi and a convenient washer/dryer in unit. The studio comfortably sleeps 2 people and 2 people on foldout couch and mattress. A Pack n' Play is available upon request. The bed is 2 singles connected and the American Leather high quality single couch folds out as well. Enjoy heated floors, a bathroom with shower, a mudroom for gear, a walk-in closet and sliding glass door onto patio with dining and mountain views. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials and has coffee, tea and creamer for morning wake-ups as well as oatmeal/Kodiak Flapjack mix for breakfast. Let us know if you'd like to borrow some rod and reel fishing rods. Your spot is close to Government Peak Recreation Area (5min), the Moose Range trails (2min), and the vastness of Hatcher Pass trails and backcountry. Feel free to ask us questions as you you plan your trip. We are happy to help Guest access All parts of the space are yours to use. There will be movement above you as people live in the main house is but there is soundproofing in the ceiling and walls and we do our best to be good neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. You are welcome to enjoy the lawn and surrounding areas- a live edge picnic table in the woods and a trail circuit among the birch trees. If the garden is in full production we are happy to share our harvest. Kids are free to play on the trampoline as long as parents supervise. Other things to note There are small children on the premises.
