The Farmhouse is just 5 min north of Red Deer that is situated on 5 acres on a dead end road. Very quiet with Local traffic and a near by train. C&E trail is part of the Trans Canada Trail system. Bring your bikes in the summer and venture the trail that takes you from Red Deer past Lacombe starting right from the end of the driveway. There is lots of parking on site. It has a spacious yard to relax sit by the fire, bbq or play some games. Tuck in and read a book while overlooking our the pasture and get some much needed R&R! The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bath sleeps 7 comfortably. A full spacious country kitchen and living spaces to enjoy a game of foosball and toys for the kids too. House has its own laundry facilities available. Experience acreage living while being just a short drive away from all amenities. Close to hwy 2, highway 11a to Sylvan Lake and Hwy2a to Blackfalds & Lacombe. Pets will need to be approved by host before added to the booking. Please message to inquire.
