The entire house is elevated on the second floor and accessed via an attractive wooden walk way. This elevation secures magnificent sea vies and therefore no stairs. The permanently rented self contained cottage is on the ground floor and does not effect the main dwelling in anyway. Other things to note Never ending golden beaches with world renowned Seal Point Surfing Spot. Wonderful hikes in the Erma Boysen Reserve and along the wild side coast to the Blow Hole. The iconic lighthouse in Cape St Francis was build in 1878. It has 154 steps to climb up to the lantern room and has a beautiful Restaurant called Nevermind. A beauty 10km beach front walk from the house to Port St Francis Harbour where there are 4 restaurants to choose from and little shops to browse in. Home of the Calamari boats. Two established golf courses, tennis and squash courts in St Francis Bay Village and a newly opened state of the art River Club Gym with padal and pickle ball courts. Scenic single tack cycle routes through the reserves and along coastline. Horse riding is also available in the area. Well stocked grocery shops with morning markets .
