Guest suite in Edmonds

A light, airy, Llama themed, sunlit basement MIL suite that is accessed via a separate entrance through the carport. This 1bed/1bath suite has brand new appliances and a brand new luxury memory foam queen bed. Windows are throughout the suite and warms the rooms as you enjoy local coffee in the kitchen area. Enjoy your Netflix, Hulu or Sling accounts on the 32" TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick with Alexa. The space Located in the Perrinville area of Edmonds, you will be a quick 10-minute drive to Downtown Edmonds and the Kingston Ferry. Walk to and enjoy Southwest County Park, Lynndale Park and . Or create a home cooked meal in the full kitchen and stroll the neighborhood. Guest access You have the left side of the driveway and carport while you stay with us. This space is for one car only, we apologize that we can not accommodate any more. Your entrance is under the carport accessed through a keypad. At the end of the hall in the MIL you will see a door that is locked, please ignore. Another door is found behind the dresser in the bedroom- both are locked and we will respect your privacy. Please note that the electricity panel and water main are located in the corner of the living room. If needed, only in case of emergency, we will need to access these panels. We will let you know with as much time as possible but rare that this even occurs. Other things to note Our family does live above. You will hear the patter of little feet and the soft steps of our sweet boxer. However, we are out most of the day (the boxer sleeps a lot) and our bedtime is pretty early- the house is quiet after 10:00pm. When we do have guests, we work very hard to keep the noise to a minimum.
