Step-free, a large air-conditioned living/dining room with a fireplace, a separate equipped kitchen, and a bedroom (1 bed 160x200 cm air-conditioned) with private bathrooms (double Italian shower and double vanity) and separate toilet. Upstairs an air-conditioned TV lounge leading to an air-conditioned veranda with sea view. A second air-conditioned bedroom (2 beds 80x200 cm) with access to the veranda. A third bedroom (1 bed 160x200 cm) air-conditioned, with access to a Tropézienne. The third bedroom gives access to the fourth air-conditioned bedroom with sea view (2 beds 80x190 cm). Bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside you will find a barbecue, a large terrace, a garden with table and chairs under an olive tree, and access to the pool, its terrace and its sunbathing. Parking is in front of the entrance. A regulation regarding the use of the pool will need to be signed by the tenant. *The pool is equipped with a heat pump and may be heated at certain times of the year (March – April – May – October – November – December), depending on the weather.
