Despite being next to a world-famous monument, this neighborhood is surprisingly residential, family-friendly, and boasts many locally-owned shops and restaurants. The space Boasting a private furnished and spacious terrace on the upper level accessible via some stairs, this spacious air-conditioned apartment with free Wi-Fi is located 50 metres from the Coliseum, and 100 metres from Colosseo Metro Station. Very recently renovated and tastefully furnished, perfect for 4 people, this 120sqmts apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. Torlonia is a fantastic solution for 2 active couples coming to Rome. You have two large bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room with a good sofa bed, and a full eat-in kitchen. There's a little balcony with a table for 2, but the icing on the cake is the upstairs roof terrace, perfect for sunning, lounging, and outdoor dining and relaxing. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned. It consists of a living area with flat-screen TV, with Netflix and a Pplay Station 4, access to a balcony with Colosseo’s view, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (memory mattresses and pillows, as well as ergonomic bedframes) 2 bathrooms with large showers and a hairdryer. A washing machine, dishwasher and a safe are provided too. Set on the third floor without elevator. Guest access We greet our guests personally for check-in at the apartment address.
