Other things to note - The only possible access is through the codes issued after self-check-in at the digital totem located at the entrance of the building. To speed up the process, you can fill out the guest form online before you arrive. - No parties or events, no noise after 10 p.m. - Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building except on the smoking terrace on the second floor. - A security deposit (from €50 to €200 will be due upon arrival, payable only by credit card and debit card on our digital totem). The deposit will be refunded by credit card within 7 days of departure. - The security deposit will not be refunded in case of non-compliance with the property rules (such as smoking and parties) or excessive dirt or damage. - For safety reasons, there is no gas in the building, and hot water is generated by a boiler located inside each apartment. - All common areas of the building are controlled by a video surveillance service. - A set of sheets per bed, two towels per person, final cleaning, and luggage storage are included. - Self check-in online and at our digital Kiosk, on arrival is the only way to welcome you (because of the health emergency). - Access is with codes (keypads) only. - The suite is non-smoking (smoking area available on the terrace on the 2nd floor of the building) - There is no gas in the building, hot water provided by a boiler of 80 liters installed in each suite. - The building is monitored by a security camera system. - 1 set of linen per bed, 1 set of towels per person, final cleaning/sanitation service and luggage deposit are included in the price.
