Important details: • No parties or events • Local guests require prior approval • Early check-in available for $35 (when possible) • $20–$40 linen fee for use of sofa bed The space Open-concept studio apartment with a partition separating the sleeping area from the living space. Private entrance with first-level access to a full-size, front-loading stackable washer and dryer. Walk up to a second secure door that leads into the apartment. The space includes a full kitchen, private bathroom with a modern glassless walk-in shower, and two dedicated desks, making it ideal for work trips. Enjoy a private balcony with seating, perfect for fresh air and relaxing outdoors. Inside you’ll find two smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and an open, comfortable layout. Family-friendly extras include a Pack ’n Play crib (stored in the wardrobe with linens and mattress pads). A queen air mattress with complete bedding is also available upon request. Extra pillows, sofa-bed linens, and mattress pad are neatly stored inside the sofa for easy access. Optional add-on: • S’mores kit package – $20 Guest access La Cochera is entirely yours during your stay — you will not be sharing the space with other guests. There is ample workspace, making it great for business travelers or families who want space to relax or enjoy board games together. A selection of games is available in the suite, and we’re happy to bring over additional games from the main house upon request. Traveling with a baby or toddler? We provide a Pack ’n Play crib and a booster/highchair for your convenience. We can also recommend trusted local babysitters if you’d like a night out during your stay. Cleaning & linens: We do not charge an upfront cleaning fee. Instead, guests are asked to complete a few quick, clearly outlined checkout steps (about 5 minutes). This helps keep costs down for everyone. If there are two guests but the sofa bed is used, a $20 per night linen fee applies to cover additional laundry service. Other things to note Please note that on weekdays you may briefly hear the garage door open and close between 5:00–8:00 a.m., and on weekends between 7:00–9:00 a.m., as this is the only space that accommodates our work vehicle. The sound is brief and infrequent. We do live on-site across the driveway and have children who occasionally play outside or shoot hoops. We’re always mindful of our guests’ comfort, but if anything is disruptive during your stay, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
