It's perfect for a weekend getaway, a working holiday or wedding accommodation. The space This three-bedroom home is pet- friendly and perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city for couples or families. The cottage is within walking distance of the local cafes, shops, community/farmers markets and the river. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the other has twin single beds. There is plenty of space for parking at the front and rear of the house and a generous garden for families to enjoy. Note: Please be reminded that pets are not allowed in the Bedroom. The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. The home has recently been renovated and includes a smart TV, and WiFi for those relaxing evenings. TV has access to all local channels You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - Nespresso coffee machine We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. The driveway can fit up to 1 car. The designated parking spot is at the rear of the property on Haplin’s Lane. There is plenty of parking in front of the house on William St. Parking is also available at the rear via Halpin's Lane. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. As much as possible, do not use appliances all at the same as it will cause tripping of power and possible error in usage.
