Villa Porto Vista - Sea View Apartment (No 1)

We are glad that you have decided to spend your vacation in Croatia, and we are especially honored that you want to stay in our accommodation. Our house consists of 3 floors. Each apartment extends over an entire floor. The area of ​​one apartment is 85 m2. Each apartment looks almost identical and is equipped in the same way. Each apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious balcony. Each apartment is rented separately on Airbnb. The space Upon entering the house, you will find yourself on a shared staircase. Just a few steps downstairs, there is the ground floor apartment. The area of each apartment is 85 m2. The apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious balcony. •THE KITCHEN contains a fridge, electric stove, sink, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. In the kitchen units you will find plates of all sizes, various bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, lids, and pans. In addition to these basic equipment, in the kitchen units you will find some coffee, sugar, salt, oil, filter for the coffee maker, baking paper for the oven, dishwasher tablets, sponges and dishwashing detergent - enough for the first few days until you do your shopping. •THE DINING ROOM is connected to the kitchen. There is a large table with plenty of chairs so everyone can eat together. In a small corner between the kitchen and the dining room, there is a drawer in which you can find a clothes iron and a mosquito repellent. There is a baby high chair in each apartment. In the dining room, there is 1 of 2 air conditioners which is enough to cool the dining room and the bedroom which is located right next to the dining room. •In THE LIVING ROOM, there are 2 sofas that can be easily pulled out. Each sofa when pulled out is 140x200. We always prepare bed linen, pillows and towels for the people who will sleep on these sofas. In the living room, there is 1 of 2 air conditioners which is enough to cool the living room and the bedroom which is located right next to the living room. There you can also find a TV which has a USB input. •THE BEDROOMS consist of a large double bed, a large wardrobe for your belongings and 2 bedside tables with multiple drawers for storage. We take care of the bed linen and towels for all guests. If you need them, you can find blankets in the wardrobe. There is a baby cot in each apartment. Intentionally air conditioners are not placed in the bedrooms to avoid blowing on the head. •There are a total of 4 BATHROOMS in the apartment. Each bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower. We provide hand soap. There is 1 hair dryer in the apartment. One bathroom is located right next to the kitchen and dining room. The second bathroom is located right next to the living room. There is also 1 bathroom next to each bedroom. You can also find a washing machine there as well as some washing powder. Water heating for the entire house is provided by solar panels installed on the roof. Years of experience have shown that this is more than enough for the entire house. However, if there are several consecutive cloudy days, then we turn on a large electric boiler that heats the water for the entire house within about 15 minutes. •Each apartment has its own private BALCONY. There are 2 balcony doors which provide access to the balcony from the dining room and the living room. The balcony has a glass fence that will not block your view of the sea. There is also a table with chairs on the balcony. You can find ashtrays there. A rack for drying clothes and clothespins is placed on the balcony. If you want to dry your laundry inside, there is also a portable clothes dryer. Guest access The area around the house is shared by the guests staying in the house. This includes both outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, pool and garden. Each outdoor kitchen has a sink, fireplace, barbecue area, plates, cutlery, barbecue tools, table and chairs. A small pool is located next to one of the outdoor kitchens. There is an outdoor shower nearby. There are also some toys for children by the pool. The pool is covered after dark to prevent debris from getting into the water. Other things to note In front of the house there is a private parking space intended exclusively for our guests. Each apartment will have 2 parking spaces.
