Parking on the property (2 cars) Tastefully decorated cottage composed of 3 themed bedrooms (6 people max) with private bathroom and walk-in showers, beds are made on arrival. Children's side: Baby bed with mattress, deckchair, baby bath and high chair are at your disposal free of charge on request. The living room is equipped with a fireplace (1st basket free), TV, DVD The kitchen is independent and fully equipped . Game room with Bonzini foosball table and children's corner with kitchen and reading area. Fenced outdoor area, ping-pong, barbecue, garden furniture. Free Wi-Fi. Consider looking at our second cottage (Annex Cottage) to possibly rent it at the same time and enjoy moments with family or friends. The VIVIERS cottage is in a village with all amenities: butchers, bakers, supermarket, café, hairdressers... We are close to Provins with its medieval city, 50 minutes from Disneyland Paris, Epernay 45 minutes away. Come visit our beautiful region or simply relax with family or friends. Guest access The Gite de Viviers is offered with access to the indoor pool heated to 29° all year round alternating with the Gite de l'Annexe. Access from 10am to 8pm (modifiable according to your schedule of visits on request) For your comfort, time slots will be chosen upon arrival to fully and PRIVATELY enjoy the aquatic space. Compliance with the health protocol: tenants are not in the aquatic area at the same time. Possibility to book the 2 cottages at the same time (12 people) for meetings with friends or family.
