The space The apartment features one bedroom equipped with a large double bed (180x200), bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has recently been refurbished and has a large sink with drawers underneath, shower and a toilet with hand shower aside. The living room has an open plan facing the dining area, kitchen and an associated small balcony. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, TV, bookshelf and a fireplace. The dining area has seating for four people and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave. The balcony has seating for 1 person. The apartment has a large private roof terrace with views over both sea and mountains. Access to the roof terrace goes via a staircase that is shared with the neighbors opposite. The roof terrace is equipped with a dining table, chairs, two sunbeds, a parasol, a completely new gas grill and green plants. There is also a storage room on the terrace where the washing machine stands. Free parking is available right outside the entrance.
