The space The apartment consists of a bedroom that is equipped with a large double bed (180x200), bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a large sink with drawers underneath, bathtub and bidet. The living room has an open plan facing the dining area, kitchen and an associated small balcony. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, TV, bookshelf and a fireplace. The dining area has seating for four people and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave. The balcony has seating for 1 person. The apartment has a large private roof terrace with views over both sea and mountains. Access to the roof terrace goes via a staircase that is shared with the neighbour opposite. On the roof terrace there is an extendable table and a total of 7 chairs, two sunbeds, two parasols, a gas grill and green plants. Free parking is available right outside the entrance.
