My place is special designed to accommodate 12 persons comfortably. 2-5mins driving distance to AEON Station 18,Tesco,Petrol station and McDonald. 15mins drive to Ipoh Old Town, Concubine lane and Railways station. Living room and all bedroom are equipped with air-cond. High-speed internet and satellite tv channel are provided. Security gated and 24 hours guarded community provide a secure environment for the guests. -No Smoking in the house -Keep noise to minimum after 11pm - No event such as party, wedding and BBQ -Only light cooking (can boiling, heating and steaming). Strictly no frying or deep frying. -Maximum 4 cars Other things to note 1. Strictly NO EVENT or PARTY in the house 2. LIGHT COOKING 3. NO PETS 4. No smoking in the house
