The apartment was completely renovated in the spring of 2018. We will wait for you at the Arsenale stop. We will then accompany you to the apartment to check in together. We will show you the apartment and give you directions to the city if requested. We will ask for your details (passport or identity card) to pay the city accommodation tax, €4 per person per night. The apartment is in a quiet and not very touristy street, which allows you to experience a real local life. You will also get to know the neighborhood through the small guide written by us (local bookstores in detail!) that you will find available. The Arsenale vaporetto stop is 5 minutes away, from here you can go to the airport or train station, or to the lido. Living room: in the living room you will find a very comfortable sofa and two armchairs with prints and fabric revisited in a scenario characterized by Venetian-style furnishings, a large 18th-century painting, all combined with designer objects and lamps. New kitchen equipped with all the options, including a kettle for tea, coffee maker, as well as all the necessary dishes to be able to cook for 4 people, a fantastic designer table with 4 Venetian-style chairs. Bedroom 1: overlooking the church and the field, there is a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, plus the adjacent full bathroom. Bedroom 2: overlooking the Venetian field and canal, two single beds, wardrobe and luggage rack plus full bathroom adjacent. Toilets: the new bathrooms are equipped with a window and a comfortable shower, as well as the courtesy set provided upon arrival, hairdryer and towels. You will also be asked to pay the accommodation tax in cash. The tax applies to overnight stays of non-residents of the Municipality of Venice for a maximum of 5 nights. The amount is €4 per night for adults, €2 for 10 to 16 years of age, and does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
