This is in a great location for touring the Amador wine country. Close to great wineries, restaurants, and a grocery store you can walk to. Also a short walk is the Amador County Fairgrounds and oh what fun it is to walk around the 49er Village RV Park & Resort just across the road. Always fun people to meet and lots of site seeing. The property is beautiful and big so enjoy the backyard, BBQ. Plenty of street and driveway parking. The house is very comfortable, clean, and cozy from the couches to the recliners and of course the beds!! Propane fire pit in front yard. RV parked on property where owners stay. No access to backyard from the front yard. When we are in town, we stay in the trailer on the property which is separated by fencing. Please keep gates closed as we have dogs and one of them is always excited when guests arrive. Unfortunately it comes with much enthusiastic barking. They are super friendly dogs. The house is on a quiet street and the front yard is spacious to relax or have a barbeque. Across Hwy 49 is the 49er RV Resort, nice place to walk around and meet people. Walk across the road and you have set foot on the Amador County Fairgrounds where there is always something fun going on! If you're here for the wine be sure to stop in at Amador Cellars it's one of our favorites and Iron Hub has one of the best views in the area with a great look of the Sierras. The Donut Street Cafe has coffee and the BEST donuts plus healthy options ie: fruit/yogurt/granola, salad. 1 block from the house is Pokerville Grocery Market (closes early so plan accordingly) There is a diner, deli, and brewing co. 1/2 mile away on Main Street. Jackson is 15 minutes with all the big city options. Placerville and El Dorado is a short 25 min beautiful ride. Master has king size bed and private bathroom. 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and share hall the bathroom. Living room has a pull out bed.
