Perfect for families the cottages are located in a peaceful rural location surrounded by fields of sunflowers but within easy reach of local towns, supermarkets and restaurants. There is also a wide variety of places to explore, activities and attractions in the The space Gite 'Le Poirier' is spacious with a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family shower room and WC on the first floor. The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a spacious dining room and lounge with large pellet burner. The private terrace has a dining table with parasol and a seating area. The large shared gardens are perfect for games and relaxing including a seasonal shared 10 x 5m swimming pool. There is also a pétanque pitch and play areas including table tennis, pool table and table football. Our two donkeys will be delighted to welcome you, they also like to eat the occasional carrot! Perfect for a relaxing break and within easy reach of the local towns, supermarkets and restaurants, the nearest being 8-10 minutes by car. There are a wide variety of attractions, activities and places to visit in the area. These include Zoodysée, La vallée des Singes, Futuroscope, Aquascope and Puy du Fou.. Walking and Cycling are very popular around here, with amazing countryside and wildlife to explore from the many kms of white tracks through sunflower fields. Guest access The cottage has its own private terrace and there are steps to access the property. The large gardens and swimming pool are shared between the two gites. The pool is seasonal. Other things to note The bedding, bathroom towels and tea towels are provided. Guests need to bring their beach towels for the swimming pool during the summer. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time This Gite is for a maximum of 6 people, including children and babies. There is a pellet wood burner in the cottage for heating in the winter months and a quantity of pellets are supplied upon arrival. Please ask if a cot and high chair are required and tell us which room to install the cot in prior to arrival. If the cot needs to be moved to a different room during the stay, the guest must ask us to do this for them. A fitted sheet is provided for the baby cots, please bring your baby's own blankets/duvet. Please note we DO NOT allow parties, extra visitors or events at our gites, and expect guests to be considerate with regard to noise in the evenings.
