Furnishings, artwork, kitchenware, linens. The kitchen has everything a chef could ask for. This is a special home not a typical vacation home please treat our home, animals w respect and kindness. Please don't book this house if anyone in your group is allergic to animals. Farm has free roaming goats, pigs, alpaca, chickens, peacocks, dogs, that free range the property. The interior of home is completely private no shared space inside interior of home, Outside areas, parking, roads, gardens, walk ways, beach lake are shared w owners and other guest. This is a working farm there is typically some sort of farming going on, landscaping, gardening, irrigating, animal feeding etc. The owners house is on the 10 acre property 300 yards away from the rental house This is an outdoor environment & working farm, you should expect elements like dirt, cobwebs, bugs, dust, animal poop and the occasional visit from our animals. It's all part of the experience. Guest access 10 acre farm 4 bedroom 3 bath main house w colorado river beach and private fish stocked lake access to animals, gardens river beach fire pit. Outside areas of the farm are shared common grounds for our guest, family & friends. These are shared areas. Please note there is the owners house, guest house and trailer on 10 acre property. guest house and trailer are also vacation rentals. Owners live in seperate house 300 yards from the 4 bedroom rental Other things to note We have many animals that free range the property. Please drive slowly and use caution. We also ask everyone not to wear shoes in the house since its a farm there is a good chance you will have some sort of animal droppings, mud, dirt etc on the bottom of your shoes. This is a animal sanctuary all guest must be comfortable around farm animals & dogs they free range the property. There is also a guest house and trailer on property caretaker lives on property & owners live on property. Outside areas, lake, colorado beach, gardens, animal pens & parking are shared w owners and other guest.
