The space This beautifully restored coastal home is light filled, breezy and open. It consists of three bedrooms, main bathroom and ensuite, open plan living and dining, formal living room, laundry, air conditioning and ceiling fans. We have a large verandah at the front with comfortable arm chairs. The backyard has a private and leafy outdoor deck and grassed area. Relax on the outdoor lounges after a day at the beach or busy day exploring the local area. The master bedroom is large and spacious and features a queen size bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed. The third bedroom includes a king single bed with roll away trundle. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, fridge, oven, cook top and essential cooking items and appliances if you choose to do your own cooking at home. There is ample storage space in the cupboards and island bench for food preparation. The living and dining area is open plan and features a large flat screen TV and comfy lounges. The dining room features a large timber dining table which seats six. There is a seamless transition from the living and dining areas to the beautiful outdoor area. The formal living room includes a 7 seater lounge, motorised cinema screen with HD projector, Blu-ray and multimedia reader to enjoy movie nights after your day at the beach and a jetmaster fireplace for use in the cooler months. There really is nothing better than relaxing and watching a movie or reading a book in this space! The main bathroom consists of a bathtub, basin and walk in shower recess. There is a separate toilet and wash basin. We also have a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer. Sheridan linen and towels provided. Our property also has wifi, NETFLIX and internet TV, board games and books and outdoor shower, everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. The house is a perfect place for a family, two couples or small group of friends. Guest access Entire property except garage. Other things to note Please read our house rules prior to booking. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and we ask that guests are always respectful of noise during their stay. Parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited including excessive noise, loud music or any other form of disturbance to our neighbours. There is a maximum of 6 guests per booking and all guests must be registered. There is strictly no additional unregistered guests or visitors permitted on the property. No third party bookings permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and within the grounds of our home. Important Information: Our neighbours are currently building on their vacant block next to our property.
