Welcome to Perchoir Vert, a quiet and air-conditioned apartment perched on the 2nd and top floor, bathed in sunshine and surrounded by greenery. With its 80 m², flowered terrace, secure parking and capacity for 4 to 5 people, it is an ideal place for an authentic stay in Antibes. The space 🏡 Welcome to Perchoir Vert at Poppy Smic, my living apartment in Antibes, which I open to you for your vacation. Nestled on the 2nd and top floor (with elevator and interior staircase), this bright 80 m², air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment is a peaceful and green place, perfect for enjoying the south in a warm, true and calm atmosphere. ✨ The apartment is full of sunshine, with a large flowered corner terrace, equipped for relaxation as well as for convivial meals: • Garden furniture • High table and stools • Two deckchairs • Electric barbecue • Automatic watering and Mediterranean plants You can have lunch under the blue sky, read in the shade of the parasols or simply enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. 🛏️ Sleeping area: • 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bed 140 x 200) • 5th bed possible on inflatable mattress (not included) or non-convertible sofa • Pets allowed, subject to respect for the premises 🚗 You will have a private closed parking space (box) in a secure basement, as well as outdoor spaces in the residence (subject to availability). 📺 Equipment: • Free Wi-Fi with Starlink • 2 TVs connected via Starlink, 1 with access to Molotov – remember your streaming credentials (for Netflix, etc.). • Equipped kitchen and appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, AirFryer, Nespresso, toaster, juicer, fridge) • 1 Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, freezer) • 1 Bathroom with Shower and Bathtub • 1 toilet (separate) • 3 Air conditioners (1 in each bedroom, 1 in the living room) • Detailed manual on site to easily understand everything 🧼 Important to note: It is an apartment that lives, with its simple charm and some elements a little "in their juice". It's not a sanitized hotel rental, but a real place to live, ready to welcome you warmly – with ease. Cleaning is to be done upon departure, and bed linen and towels are not provided, please plan accordingly. 💶 A deposit check of €1500 (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and returned after the exit inventory.
