A Tiny House at the foot of the mountains

In the heart of the Arve Valley, the "Tiny House" spirit in this Scandinavian and contemporary-inspired chalet. Ideal for a couple with a child looking for peace, independence and tranquility. The accommodation is fully equipped: a kitchen, bathroom, as well as a living area open to the outside, ski-corner in the garage. The bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine, but beware of the slightly steep access! private parking. Ideal location in the valley, close to Geneva, Chamonix... The space On the ground floor, a living area with a very complete kitchen (oven, induction stove, dishwasher), dining table and living room overlooking the terrace. Nice view of the tip of Areu. Beautiful bathroom with large shower, very mineral. The bedroom is on the mezzanine. 160 x 200 size queen bed. Very bright (glass railing) and modern set. Blinds and roller shutters for maximum tranquility. The equipment and materials (wood, glass, stone, aluminum...) are of quality. If you want to ski or bike, we leave part of the garage available to drop off and dry equipment and suits. Warning: we invite you to familiarize yourself with the access to the mezzanine. Access is via a fairly steep staircase/ladder that may not be suitable for everyone. Guest access Located next to our house, the Tiny House is exclusively reserved for guests. Other things to note The location of the accommodation in the valley is central: about 30 minutes from Geneva, Annecy or Chamonix. The nearest ski resorts are Les Carroz (15 minutes) and Flaine (25 minutes). Bike lovers, Magland offers a perfect base for many routes. The Colombière, Aravis or Romme passes are very close.
