Cosy and quiet Single Room in Norwich Centre

I love our House, it is a beautiful 1930's house completely refurbished with a contemporary style. I love the massive garden at the back and the fact that the sun is always on the house for most of the day. it is quiet and us and our doggos like to have guests. The space The Room it is very cosy and beautifully modern, it is quiet and facing the Garden. The House is only 20 minutes walk to the centre. The station is 10 minutes walk as amenities are 5 minutes walk. Beside the practicalities and logistics the house being our home it has a sense of coziness and warmth, we are almost never there because the nature of our work so we made our house like a small corner of heaven for when we are back and we are very happy that people when they are not in their own home can share with us the same corner of heaven and feel at home. We have two beautiful “doggos”, one is a Visla very friendly, the other is a German shepherd, nervous around people at the beginning, with a loud bark. We keep them separated from the guests, unless the guests explicitly tell us that they don’t mind interaction with them if wanted or necessary. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen on request, washing machine, and the dryer on request. During your stay We are not home often so the interaction is very limited. We are although friendly and we don't mind to have people around the communal spaces always if the guest wants too and if the guests are friendly. We have 2 large dogs, one German Shepherd and one Vizla cross shepherd. One tis very friendly from the beginning, the other one is very protective and will bark, so she will need to make acquaintance or we work out with you the best plan of action. We normally keep them separated from guests.
