Coastal Annex with sea views. Wembury Point, Devon

The Annex is to the side of the main property but completely private. The property is situated a short walk from the 'South West Coast Path' near the beautiful Bay of Wembury and the Great Mewstone. The area nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal for access to the local beaches and the coastal path. If you enjoy walking and exploring, the annex is ideal! There's couple of really nice pubs close by too. If you’re looking for a quiet coastal retreat then this is perfect. The space The Annex is self-contained with private access. The recently resurfaced entrance makes the annex accessible for wheelchairs too. Access to the annex is to the right hand side of the main property (yet private) with its own outdoor space. Entering the property you will access via the outdoor space in through the main bedroom where you will find a double bed, then through into the living space. There is a main living space with an open plan kitchen / lounge /dining with everything that I can think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible making it 'home from home' (without the housework). The annex has two bedrooms leading on from the living space. There is one wet room/bathroom. Please be AWARE the only bathroom is accessed via the main bedroom so may not be ideal for 2 couples and is more suited to couples and families) There is fast speed wifi delivered via Starlink where you have access to sky, Netflix and an Amazon fire stick on the tv. Whilst there is not a sea view from inside the property, there is a sea view from the patio outside where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful fresh sea air. The outside space is completely private and safe for Children and dogs as they cannot escape. Guest access The Annex has a wooden access gate directly on the road. You can park your car outside by the gate, between the main gate and the small gate if possible please. Walk around to the right hand side of the property where you will find a key safety box with the keys inside. Other things to note The Annex at Wyndswaye Is situated approximately 6 miles from Plymouth city centre. There are many attractions around the area including surfing, walking, pubs, lots of restaurants in Plymouth with local grocery shops not too far away away.
