Green space room

I am offering the brightest room in our house as a guest room. It has a view over the garden and is next to the bathroom. We are 10 minutes away from Shoreham, 15 minutes away from Brighton and 30 minutes drive from Gatwick airport. The space My house is in a lovely, quiet location with access to the beach, shops, supermarkets, pubs and swimming pool all within a 10 minute walk. Guest access My guests will have access to their room, dining room and kitchen for storing food if needed. Please be aware that this is a family home. The kitchen is fairly small, so we will need to work out when the kitchen can be used by each person. Please refrain from cooking very smelly meat-we are not vegetarian but don't eat much meat. During your stay I am often present when my guests are and enjoy a friendly chat. It's also fine guests need their own space and doesn't like a chat. Other things to note We would love it if you could use English when you are around the family. We both speak other lanuages and understant that it is strange to speak English to eachother- but in fairness everyone should be able to understand. As an English teacher I can also say that it will be great practice for you too!
