FAMILY CENTRAL. This beautiful new home built in 2017, has so much to offer for your vacation. Large master bedroom with separate bathroom. Enjoy a game of horseshoes in the spacious back yard, or snuggle up next to your hunny by the built in gas fire pit. This home is conveniently located less than a mile from Interstate 5 and a short two mile drive to historic downtown Grants Pass. Enjoy walks around the charming neighborhood, or visit Portolla Park right around the corner with the kids. The space ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INSIDE OUR HOME. Guest access Entire house is accessible to guest besides the garage. It will remain locked and closed the entire length of your stay. Other things to note Our home has trash pickup every Wednesday morning (please place the bin to the curb Tuesday evening) and our lawn maintenance crew comes to the home every Tuesday.
