Living by the water - the old mill estate in the heart of Krauchenwies is picturesquely located on the Andelsbach, opposite the princely Hohenzollern castle park, which invites you to take extensive walks in the midst of untouched nature. Fast Internet and a sufficient number of parking spaces ensure the necessary infrastructure. Long-term stays are expressly desired. The space The building itself impresses with its historical charm: wide plank floors, elaborately carved doors and wood-paneled rooms invite you to linger in a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen with modern kitchenette including oven and stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and large dining table, offers seating for up to 8 people and invites you to cozy evenings. A TV is also available in the lounge area. The house was completely renovated in autumn 2020 and the apartment on the 2nd floor has a new bathroom with shower and toilet as well as another separate guest toilet. A washing machine is also available for our guests. Other things to note The parking is marked for the guests. Guests have an outdoor area at their disposal, in summer with beautiful and cozy seating by the water. The turbine area as well as the weir and the landscaped garden are not intended for guest use.
