Welcome to Villa Anna, you will stay in a historic house from the 1960s surrounded by nature. You can relax in the garden of more than 1,000 square meters, stroll through the property's vegetable garden and take a dip in the pool! The villa is located just 9 km from the historic center of Lucca, from which you can reach the best locations in Tuscany. Suitable for groups of friends and families with children. Equipped for disabled people, as it has an elevator and adequate bathroom. The space Villa Anna is developed on the second floor, reached by the convenient stairs or via the elevator. Once you reach the entrance hall you enter a large living room equipped with a dining table, sofa, TV, fireplace and a piano that you can play during your stay. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances. You will find the oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove and a table. Moving on to the sleeping area we find: - bedroom 1 - bedroom 2 - bathroom 1 - master bedroom suite with private bathroom and walk-in closet - single bedroom Bedroom 1 and 2, are both equipped with 2 single beds and a closet for storing your clothes while maintaining order. The rooms have a shared bathroom equipped with all toilets and a bathtub. The suite with double bed is a real treat, includes a very spacious private bathroom equipped with all toilets (bathroom equipped for the disabled). The suite also has a walk-in closet where you can store your luggage and clothing. The sleeping area ends with a single room equipped with a French sofa bed, there is a desk and an antique bookcase. On the ground floor is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Now we come to the prized part of the property, a garden of over 1000 square meters where you can relax, experience the surrounding nature and dive into the pool. The pool measures 10 m x 5 m and 1.40 m deep with a small beach and internal steps, and is equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs to make your stay unforgettable. During your stay you can eat outdoors, thanks to the gazebo placed in the garden. The property has private parking spaces.
