Spacious Home in Port Dover

Welcome to your tranquil retreat! Guests enjoy our location on a quiet street. The deck overlooks a peaceful green space with a pond and a variety of wildlife. Guests have a suite downstairs, in addition to the main floor. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, Lighthouse Theatre, live music, and the pier. Norfolk County has 15 wineries/breweries, several beaches, a zip line, and 3 Provincial Parks. Our home is a haven from the hustle and bustle of our busy summer beach town! The space The spacious guest suite is in the lower level of the home. There is a large bedroom, living room with a 58" TV and a bathroom with a shower. The large bedroom has a queen bed and there is room for a portable crib. There is a door at the bottom of the staircase. A baby gate is available upon request for the top of the stairs. Guests have exclusive use of 1200 sq. feet on two floors. Guest access Guests will have the private and spacious lower level, as well as the main floor open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, which includes a 55" Smart TV. The rear deck is off of the living room and includes a BBQ, chairs, and a table with an umbrella. Our guests will enjoy the scenic pond, surrounded by a walking track. Guest parking is on the right side of the driveway. Other things to note We are absent from the home when it is occupied by our guests. We may occasionally access the garage from the outside. We are only five minutes away if we are needed. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away.
