Private wooden house, located in the Las Arenas Boquerón sector, Cabo Rojo. A very simple, quiet and pleasant place, close to the best beaches in Boquerón and restaurants. Perfect place to enjoy as a family. Maximum capacity of 10 people, air conditioning for the whole house. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Wi-Fi, Basic Cable TV, domino table, terrace with private pool size 10 X 15, depth of 3 to 4.5 feet. The space The house has a living room, dining room and kitchen with air conditioning, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. Keep the doors closed while the air conditioners are on, they freeze and stop cooling. Maximum capacity for up to 10 people. Total beds 6. Bedroom 1 - One full bed (includes bedding) 2 people Bedroom 2 - Two full beds, (includes bedding) 4 people. Bedroom 3 - A bunk bed, full bed below (sleeps 2 people and twin bed above (sleeps 1 person) and additional twin bed (sleeps 1 person) (includes bedding) total 4 people. Towels and pillows are available. Bath soap, toilet paper, and hand soap. Living and dining room with A/C and TV with basic cable TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Terrace with private pool, outdoor speakers with Bluetooth system or auxiliary cable, outdoor chairs, domino table. Guest access To enter the house there is a lockbox with a code to access the entrance key. The side gate is not for guest use. You can park on the street in front or next to the blue house. Please do not park on the front property (it is private) Other things to note Bluehouse Las Arenas, Boqueron Welcomed - Check-in time 1:00 PM (flexible check-in time) if you need to check in before the stipulated time you can write to us and we will gladly let you know if it is possible. - Check-out time 1:00 PM (check-out time is flexible) if you need additional time for check-out you can notify us by message and we will let you know if it is possible. - House entry: an entry code will be sent to you before your stay for key access, and instructions for using exterior lights and horns will be sent to you. -The house has air conditioning for the whole house. We ask that you keep doors and windows that do not yet have plastic screens closed to maintain air efficiency. -Maximum capacity for 10 people. (no extra guests allowed) No guests other than those who are part of the stay are allowed. -We have towels and pillows available (towels only for use in the house) *A charge of 15.00 will be made per lost towel. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to use the pool and facilities. -Parking is available on the street in front of the house or on the right side of the house. Do not park on the front lawn. - Remember to lock the house if you go out to the beach. - Take care of your children and pets. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) but we ask that you pick up their waste. -Nearby beaches: Balneario de Boquerón, Playa Buyé, Playa Combate. Poblado de Boquerón. Recommended nearby restaurants: 101 West, Los Monchies, Pika Pika. Centro Ahorros Supermarket and bakeries such as: Black Bakery and Ritamar. -Before leaving, check that everything is off: stove, lights, fans. -You must leave the dishes and pots washed. -On the right side of the patio there are several trash cans where you can leave the trash. -At the end of your stay, leave the key in the box where you found it when you entered. -Take into consideration that we do not have an electrical plant or solar panels, so we are not responsible in case there is no electricity due to system problems.
