Beautiful penthouse, no stairs

The condominium is located at the beginning of Enseada, five blocks from the beach, near Pão de Açúcar, Restaurant and Pizzaria Alcides, one of the best in Guarujá. The penthouse is on the fifth floor, without stairs, giving the feeling of being in a house with all security. Guest access In addition to the private area, in the condominium's leisure area, we have a wonderful swimming pool with a 15m lane.
