Fireplace is floor to ceiling stone. There is strong WiFi for those working from 'home'. Relax in the sun or shade in the private back yard. The house is within walking distance to many of the shops, restaurants and pubs in Pooler. Due to HOA requirements, this is a 90 day minimum stay home. Please contact me for details ;) The space There is plenty of free parking in the driveway! Guest access Guests will have use of the whole house and back yard. Other things to note "Can you make an exception to your 'no pets' policy?" We get asked this question a lot and it always makes us feel bad. We understand the joy and the love and happiness a pet brings. We love dogs and cats ourselves! However, we have allowed a pet to stay in this home before and it didn't end well. The cleaning crew were so mad that we had to pay them twice the normal amount. It took many extra hours to get the space cleaned properly. Allergies to pet hair are very real and we do have to be mindful of future guests. Our daughter is allergic to cat hair and dog dander and will react if she walks into a home that had a pet staying there, no matter how thoroughly it was cleaned. So, we're very sorry but we just cannot allow pets. We sincerely hope you understand.
