Several beginner-friendly ski areas also within 45 min drive—including Catamount and Mohawk Mtns. The entire house has been newly renovated, including the large kitchen. The space The whole house is available to guests, including the remodeled kitchen (with new appliances), home office, living room, dining, and two bedrooms. The house feels like a 1930s cottage, but was built just six years ago. Guest access The whole place, except for the barn where we store tools and hay. The basement is unfinished but has a washer/dryer. The pool/hot tub are only open from roughly Memorial Day until the end of September. Other things to note A true hiker’s paradise. The wide trails on the property connect with the trail system on the NY Wassaic Multiple Use area, allowing you to explore more than 550 acres and climb up for panoramic views of the Harlem Valley and Litchfield Hills.
