Home in Albuquerque

My North Valley adobe home is in a quiet neighborhood, on a one-lane road within three miles of the Balloon Fiesta and 1/2 mile to walking and bike paths. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. There is a gate to a private courtyard with a French door entry to two large rooms with a queen bed, ceiling fans, and a large skylight. Enjoy your private part of my home by relaxing, with use of a TV, microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig. The space The room is furnished with quality furniture pieces, nice artwork, decorations and some live plants. There is water in the fridge, snacks, coffee pods and tea bags for you. The bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion with extra towels and wash clothes. Guest access One parking space is available near the short gate at the FRONT of the house. During your stay There is a binder with information on the Airbnb and local attractions but I will be available to offer suggestions, or answer any questions about the room or things to do in the area. Other things to note There is no access to the main house.
