Fabulous city, mountain and sound views from the rooftop deck. Great location as it's easy to walk to the light-rail, parks, restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Everything you would expect from a high-end modern property in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle. The space Our townhouse sits off the side street which makes for added peace and quiet while still centrally located. First Floor - The entrance way opens to the great room which packs a lot into this cozy space including a small outdoor garden, living room (with a sofa bed), half bathroom, and a fully loaded kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, garbage disposal and dish washer. We have supplied coffee, tea, and a toaster. Typical items such as utensils, cutting boards, pots and pans are also provided. This floor also has air conditioning. Second Floor - This floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms (with queen beds) and a Washer / Dryer. Both bedrooms have standing fans-no air conditioning. Third Floor - The third floor is where the master bedroom sits. It includes a full bathroom (shower, double vanity, and toilet), a queen bed, and a sofa bed. It also has views of the city and air conditioning. Fourth Floor (rooftop deck) - The rooftop deck has views of the city and space needle. We provide comfortable seating so you can take it all in! Parking - There is one outdoor parking spot available at the back of the property. Parking is also available on the street with 2 hour limits between 7am and 6pm except for Sundays.
