Stunning Wood Lake Home in Three Mile Lake, nestled in a private treed lot. Enjoy cozy moments by the indoor fireplace, cook family meals in the gourmet kitchen, relax in the yoga room with lake views, enjoy family movies in the movie theatre. Explore the outdoors roasting marshmallows on the firepit, go for a swim on the lake jumping of the dock or through our sandy beach. Enjoy our newly installed hot tube overlooking the lake and the nature. The space Our Cottage is designed with a Rustic atmosphere with all the convenience and comfort for you to enjoy your stay. As you enter the house, the great Muskoka windows will welcome you with amazing panoramic Lake views. Enter the living space for cozy moments by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy family time in the gorgeous open concept fully stocked gourmet kitchen. (including full-sized fridge, full-sized stove with oven and cooktop as well as a microwave/oven, dishwasher, air fryer). You will find 3 bedrooms in the second floor with amazing lake views from the balcony. Enjoy a workout with stunning lake views with free weights, workout bench and spinning bike. Relax at the yoga studio and watch some family movies at the movie theatre. Heating from a propane furnace will allow us to set the perfect temperature remotely for your arrival. Central air conditioning will provide comfort for hot summer days. Washer and dryer are also available for extra convenience. There is a large deck overlooking the lake with BBQ and outdoor table. On Summer days, jump off the dock, and enjoy the sandy beach. Explore the lake with the provided paddle boards. In the Winter, take a stroll on the lake with your iceskates or snowshoes (bring your own). Guest access Our property is accessible throughout the year. There is plenty of parking space outdoors. Please note that the garage is not available for guests. There is a public boat launch (no fees) 300 meters from our Cottage where you can easily launch your watercraft. You will also be able to attach your boat on our dock for the length of your stay. Other things to note Outdoor cameras are installed for house security purposes. There are no indoor cameras.
