As you enter, large Muskoka windows welcome you with breathtaking panoramic lake views. The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering as a family—enjoy cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace or spend quality time cooking and connecting in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, featuring a full-size refrigerator, full-size stove with oven and cooktop, microwave/oven, dishwasher, and air fryer. A convenient powder room is also located on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The hallway balcony offers beautiful lake views, making it a peaceful spot to start or end the day. Stay active while enjoying stunning scenery in the workout area, equipped with free weights, a workout bench, and a spinning bike. Unwind in the yoga studio or gather everyone for family movie nights in the private home theatre. This level also features a full bathroom for added comfort and convenience. The cottage is fully equipped for year-round comfort, with propane furnace heating in the winter, central air conditioning in the summer, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside to a spacious deck overlooking the lake, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining table—perfect for family meals and relaxed evenings together. In the summer, enjoy swimming off the dock, playing on the sandy beach, or exploring the lake with the provided paddleboards. In the winter, experience the magic of the season with peaceful walks on the frozen lake—just bring your own ice skates or snowshoes. Guest access Our property is accessible throughout the year. There is plenty of parking space outdoors. Please note that the garage is not available for guests. There is a public boat launch (no fees) 300 meters from our Cottage (1184 Shea Rd) where you can easily launch your watercraft. You will also be able to attach your boat on our dock for the length of your stay. Other things to note Outdoor cameras are installed for house security purposes. There are no indoor cameras.
