The beautiful 3-story 2600 sq. ft. home is a dream vacation destination, with vaulted ceilings and a fully equipped open kitchen coupled with plenty of outdoor space. Designed by the owners from the ground up with family entertaining in mind, the Dream Cabin is truly a home-away-from-home. Hang your coat on the custom carved coat rack, light one of the JCB candles scattered about the home and “move in” – the closets and drawers are left empty for you; no junk in the drawers and no pictures out on the mantle. It was designed to be your lakeside happy place in the mountains. Take in breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Arrowhead from wide decks on both the main and lower levels and huge picture windows in the living room. Decks are equipped with plenty of lounge furniture perfect for taking in the morning sun with a cup of coffee. Stoke up the fire pit and dine at the table for four on the top deck as the sun sets over the lake or toast marshmallows over the gas lit fire pit on the back patio and enjoy the mountain view. The owner also owns the lot behind the home for additional privacy allowing for a larger outdoor space to enjoy. The subzero refrigerator and walk-in pantry in the kitchen of the main house are stocked with all the basic essentials and the house is only a ten-minute drive to the Lake Arrowhead Village so you’re never too far away from groceries, restaurants, shopping, seasonal events and more. Make sure to pick up some pizza dough and toppings to cook your own personal pizza in the pizza oven on the back patio or some meat from the butcher to grill on the FireMagic grill out back. After a long day of mountain exploration wash up with the L’Occitane and Jack Black products provided in each bathroom. Cozy up by the stone wood burning fireplace in the great room and hook up your mobile device to the Sonos system (featuring indoor and outdoor speakers) for some fireside jams or take a dip in the above ground spa on the back deck or even kick your feet up in the theatre den on the oversized couch in front of the 65” TV with 7.1 surround sound to wind down from the adventures of the day. In nearby Blue Jay, participate in the Blue Jay Christmas Parade, or just relax and enjoy a movie in the local theater. For the more adventurous type, try year round ice skating at Ice Castle Skating Rink. There's also skiing, snowboarding and inner tubing at Snow Valley, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resorts.
