I am the proud owner of this fantastic 115 year old house, in the heart of downtown Brevard, NC. I am located in a safe, family orientated neighborhood, where you can walk just about anywhere. Whether it be just taking your dog on a stroll around to check things out or for a evening around town. This space gets fantastic natural light at all times of day and is surprisingly spacious once you walk inside! In the winter months you can enjoy reading by the electric fireplace or enjoying the Apple TV and in the warmer months, an iced tea on the front porch or patio in the back yard. There is a large kitchen/dining area that serves as the central location of the house, with all of the other rooms opening up from here. 3 bedrooms: Master 1 queen bed Second 2 twin beds, in trundle style.
