It is a 52 sqm two-room apartment that has been prepared just for you. This means there are 2 bedrooms available, consisting of a single room and a double room. Thus, the accommodation is designed for max. 3 people. Together you share a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and a bathroom with shower. If you want to have your peace and quiet, each room can be locked. What was I thinking with this living concept? Many of my guests are outside their usual environment for a longer period. Everyone goes about their daily work or travel mission and then comes to the accommodation. But then what? You don't know anyone here and have nothing to do. Suddenly, boredom and loneliness come over you. But what if you share the place with someone who feels the same way? You would definitely no longer be alone and could share your experiences with someone right away. Maybe even a friendship would develop, at least for the duration of the stay. Because as a classic proverb says: shared suffering is half suffering. My long-standing regular guests, with whom I myself also maintain a very friendly contact, tell me that this works wonderfully. And who are my guests? These are mostly staff from the university hospital, from interns to radiotherapists or neurosurgeons. Some scientists, police officers or people who do further training also use my place. Of course, it also happens that some people have the apartment to themselves. The apartment is located in a quiet side street that ends in a traffic-calming area. Free parking is sufficiently available. You are guaranteed to always find a place. Parking a van is also not a problem. The property is located in the friendly district of "Leipziger Straße." The university hospital can be reached within 4 minutes by foot. Here you will also find a tram stop with which you can reach the city within 9 minutes in 10-minute intervals. Not far from the property you will find some shops such as Rewe or Lidl, also within 2 minutes. The proximity to the Magdeburg Ring allows you to quickly reach your destination. Since we also want to contribute to climate and environmental protection, a free bicycle is available for you to get around quickly.
