Just a short drive or bike ride to beaches, theater, hiking, kayaking, golf course, breweries, and wineries. Smart WiFi TV only. The space Our rental is quiet, clean, and right off the main strip near all restaurants. The train station and bus stops are within a mile. We are centrally located on long island. We are Approx. 5 min from the sound, 40 min from Manhattan, 20 min from ocean, and 20 min from Port Jefferson Ferry. You can also head out to Eastern Long Island for the day and enjoy to the farms, wineries, breweries, Riverhead Aquarium, or Splish Splash which is one of the biggest water parks. Other things to note This Rental has a steep staircase and is not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. no children under five permitted .No cable availble. Wifi smart TV only. 3 guests max. 1 car only. RING camera installed to assure no additional guests are entering rental. Property monitored. No parties allowed
