This listing is not suitable or set up for infants or young children. No guests under 12 years of age allowed. Not suitable for the infirm or those unable to manage stairs. The living areas are up a flight of stairs from the entrance foyer. I may or may not be around but am never to far away in the event you need me . Other things to note Occaisionally there may be other guests in one of the other listed bedrooms. Communal areas are shared so please respect any other guests and clean up after yourself in the communal areas. The room and home is on the second floor and there are stairs so not suitable for people who might have trouble with or are unable to manage stairs. The room and house is not set up for and is not suitable for children. No infants or children under 12 years old allowed.
