Country house in the Waldviertel

1 hour from the city limits of Vienna, this fully furnished house is located in a beautiful corner of Austria and invites you to explore the surrounding area in summer and winter. The mystical forests and extensive meadows invite you to trips with family, friends or simply to switch off and relax in every season. Long-term rental is also possible. The Ottenstein reservoir with swimming facilities/boat rental can be reached in 15 minutes, as well as the Ottenstein golf club. The space There are four bedrooms with eight beds (two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom in the hallway), a large dining room with cast iron stove. In the living room there is a TV next to the open fireplace. The large eat-in kitchen has an electric induction stove in addition to a wood stove. Special feature in the kitchen: there are two sinks. Guest access Access to the house is through a large wooden gate. Please close this at night. The path down to the house leads along a meadow path that is not cleared in winter. There is a key safe for the main house. Other things to note The three wood stoves in the house can be used, but I ask that you ask me how the heating works, otherwise the house will smoke a lot. My coffee machine is not a Nespresso with the small capsules, but a Dolce Gusto.
