The place is a short walk to Mississippi Ave, Alberta St, Biketown Bike Share Station, Electric Scooter rentals, free parking and easy access to Trimet transit to explore all of Portland. Located between three walkable and hip neighborhood centers Mississippi, Alberta and Williams. The house was originally built in 1944, no rooms are in a basement, there is Air Conditioning, unlike most homes in Portland. Overall, the house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a joined living/dining space with a small kitchen, two sit/stand desk workstations with high speed Internet. It's a pretty simple place but there are some highlights you won't find in other listings. - The wifi is up to 100 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. -The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need to prepare a great meal on a gas range, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, Kitchenaid mixer. -EV Charging. A dedicated parking space when you are Level 2 EV Charging. -Two sit/stand desks are setup for dual remote workstations. -There's a wonderful small grocery store about 5 minutes walk away, Cherry Sprout Produce. There you can buy the basic fruits, veggies, meats, bulk items and a handful of specialty foods, beer and wine too. Fred Meyer, New Seasons and Whole Foods are all within a 5-10 min drive. -The living room has a working fireplace, you can relax and rock out to Bluetooth speakers or have a dance party if you want. -The round wooden dining room table has three additional leaves if you'd like to accommodate more than four people for group meals. -The master bedroom has a Tempurpedic California King mattress. -The upstairs bedroom has a queen mattress with soft memory foam topper and an extra long single bed, also Tempurpedic. -Two a/c units are available for hot summer days. -There's a small home gym in the downstairs bedroom (not pictured). Guest access The main house is on a property shared with a guest cottage that is also available for rent. You have the house and front yard to use. There is a backyard but is not available at this time. Other things to note -This listing has a minimum 30 day rental - see other for STR permitted rental. -No smoking in the house or on the property. -Quiet hours from 10pm - 7am -This is not the place to stay if Cannabis is the primary reason for your trip to Portland.
