With a full kitchen, beautiful balcony, and cozy seating and dining area, this space is the perfect place for anyone to enjoy a Mountain top getaway. Upon arrival pull right up to your front door to unload all your baggage and then swing around to the lower level to access the free onsite parking. Free parking is also available only a minutes walk away on Burro Ave. I am always available by phone/message to assist in any way needed and live just a minute away and can come over in person should the need arise. Quiet residential neighborhood perfect for rest and relaxation, while still only a few minutes walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and trailheads. Please note that there is a cannabis dispensary located in the lower section of the same building complex. They are quiet and discreet. No smoking is allowed on premises. Only a minutes walk to Burro Ave, a two minute drive to Cloudcroft Brewery, and a five minute drive to Ski Cloudcroft. Traveling with your favorite furry friend? We are happy to have them!
